As Co-Founder of Caffrey & Company, Chris values the people who make the work rewarding: both the passionate, caring team in the showroom and the incredible network of industry partners they collaborate with every day. He feels fortunate to be part of the furniture industry, where relationships and craftsmanship go hand in hand.

Known for his attention to detail and adaptability, Chris embraces change as the path to improvement. He’s always looking for ways to refine processes and push the company forward, ensuring the team is “always on the go” toward better service and stronger results.

Chris works alongside his wife, Christy, and together they share a busy life with their teenage son, a rescued tabby cat, and a lively miniature cockapoo. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf with the family, skiing, catching waves on beach trips, attending sporting events from baseball to Formula 1, and sharing great meals with friends. He also has a habit of visiting furniture stores wherever his travels take him

Fun fact: In his late 20s, Chris packed up his car and moved to San Francisco without a job or knowing anyone in the city. It was challenging, unforgettable, and he would do it all over again!
